Working Principle
- Static Pressure Test: Place the shoe toe between the upper and lower pressure plates, apply pressure at a constant rate of 5mm/min until the specified force value is reached, maintain the pressure for 1 minute, measure the deformed height or gap of the clay sample inside the shoe toe, and judge whether it meets the standards.
- Puncture Test: Fix the outsole/midsole of the shoe, insert the puncture needle vertically at a speed of 10mm/min. The sensor collects force values in real time, records the maximum puncture force, and automatically determines compliance with relevant standards.

Widely used in shoe manufacturers, quality inspection laboratories, leather goods enterprises, shoe material research and development institutions, and third-party testing centers. Suitable for the folding resistance performance testing and quality control of various finished shoes such as leather shoes, sports shoes, and casual shoes.

- Puncture Resistance Test (Sole Puncture Resistance): Simulates puncture by sharp objects (such as iron nails and steel rebars). A standard puncture needle (φ4.5mm, hardness ≥ 60HRC) is used to penetrate the shoe sole/midsole to measure the maximum puncture force and verify the puncture resistance performance.
